Foundation of a Manager is an eight week training course that goes through Everything DiSC® Management in six 90-minute sessions. In this section you will find information on what is included for all participants, an explanation of the Everything DiSC Catalyst™ platform, and an explanation of Everything DiSC Management.
EVERYTHING DiSC CATALYST™ PLATFORM PROFILE
The Everything DiSC Catalyst™ platform is a personal development learning experience that equips people with the social and emotional know-how for more effective interactions at work—no matter who or where they are. With Everything DiSC on Catalyst™, your learners gain access to the Catalyst™ online platform, which acts as your learners’ home base for ongoing DiSC® learning—in class and in the real world.
EVERYTHING DiSC MANAGEMENT
Everything DiSC® Management offers a customizable development solution proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role–whether managing direct reports or the relationship with their manager. A complete program of classroom training, and online pre-work and follow-up focuses on learning in five key areas: understanding DiSC® styles, directing and delegating, creating a motivating environment, developing others with different styles, and identifying strategies for working more effectively with managers. Participants learn how their management style influences how they manage time, make decisions, approach problems, and what they need to do to adapt to the styles of others to bring out the best in every employee in their charge.
FORMAT OPTIONS
WORKSHOP FORMAT
One-day, 8-hour workshop that includes two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 participants..
While in-person is encouraged, we offer the option of both virtual and onsite. For in-person facilitation, travel and any other expenses to host the workshop are an additional fee.
VIRTUAL & LIVE COURSE FORMAT
Eight week virtual and live course that goes through Everything DiSC® Management in six 90-minute sessions. This training is provided in a cohort setting via Zoom. Each cohort is allotted up to 20 participants. Below is the content timeline.
