Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® lays out a clear path for helping leaders at all levels make the connection between their DiSC® style and leadership. Bringing together best practices from 300 experts in over 150 organizations, the important work of the most prominent scholars, and over four years of additional research and development, this program approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship (as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC® Management).
With one unified model of leadership—vision, alignment, and execution—it focuses on helping leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
All participants will take the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders assessment prior to the training. From each assessment, profiles unique to the individual will be created. Each participant will receive their document at the time of the workshop or a few days prior to their first session.
FORMAT OPTIONS
WORKSHOP FORMAT
One-day, 8-hour workshop that includes two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 participants.
While in-person is encouraged, we offer the option of both virtual and onsite. For in-person facilitation, travel and any other expenses to host the workshop are an additional fee.
VIRTUAL & LIVE COURSE FORMAT
Six week virtual and live course that goes through Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® in five 90-minute sessions. This training is provided in a cohort setting via Zoom. Each cohort is allotted up to 20 participants. Below is the content timeline.
